SERVICE PRICING

  1. Look at Urban Blush's online inventory for information and images of our rental items. Prices  and measurements are listed

  2. Fill out your wishlist and send it our way to let us know what pieces you would like to rent for your event on our contact page.

  3. We will email you a quote and availability on the items you have selected.

  4. Next, you will receive our Lease Agreement for signature. Please finalize the order by completely filling out the Lease Agreement and paying a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your rental(s).

  5. One week prior to your event, the remainder of your balance is due. After payment is received we will  send you a final invoice with a zero balance and any additional information regarding your order.

  6. On the day of your event, or the day before if arranged in advance, items will either be ready for pick up, or delivered to your venue in a designated area. 

  7. Your guests marvel at your great taste.

  8. When your event is over, please take care to re-pack your items as they were packed for your event. Items can either be returned by you or placed in a designated area to be picked up by our delivery team, which will be pre-determined. If you chose the Styling option, we will be there at the end of the event to take down and re-pack everything and take it with us when we go.

  9. Keep in touch! We love to see our rental pieces in use! 

DELIVERY 

DIY Pick Up - FREE

  • Together we work out a time for you to pick up your order the day before your event. This can help take care of a lot on the big day. 

  • When you arrive to pick up your items, we go over your list of inventory with you, and give you any instructions you may need to put things together (i.e. our Geometric Arch)

  • Your items are due back the day after your event by 7:30 pm. If your event is on a Saturday, then they would be due on Monday. 

Curbside Delivery 

       Utah County - $45      Salt Lake & Juab Counties - $55      Wasatch & Davis Counties - $65

  • Your entire order packed and delivered to one location of your choosing.

  • We go over your order with you or a designated person before delivery.

  • You pack it back up

  • We will return at the end of your event to pick up your rented items

Delivery & Styling

       $500 - For 4 hour (minimum set up) for 1-2 people. Additional staff are $100 per person 

       $750 - For 6 hour set up with 3 people (minimum).

  • Your entire order packed and delivered to location(s) of your choosing.

  • Having gone over the design plan with you, let us do the hard part. We put everything together down to the smallest detail. This may include only partial set-up (our Geometric Arch does require us to set it up) to a complete event set up. 

  • Once set up is complete, we leave you to enjoy the party you've worked so hard to put together. 

  • We return at the end of the event. We pack up your entire rented order, leaving you to finish the party without all the pain of packing everything up.

DESIGN PACKAGES

Wedding Day Planning and Coordination

Full Event Planning and Design - Price starts $4000

Our full-service wedding planning package offers complete management of your wedding from A to Z. This package includes all of the services offered in our two other packages, plus a whole lot more! We will help you secure a venue, build your all-star custom vendor team, track your budget and payments due, and manage the overall production of your wedding. We will keep you organized and on-track using a shared wedding portal and we understand your time is valuable and we want nothing more than to help you save more of it as you plan your wedding day. 

Design Management and Partial Planning

     Price starts $1500

The Design Management and Partial Planning package is perfect if you need help brainstorming your unique vision and managing the wedding design process. We will brainstorm key design elements, furniture rentals, unique floral design, table composition (linens, table numbers, candles, decor placement, centerpieces) and the overall design of your ceremony and reception. We will connect you with trusted stationers, floral designers, photographers and wedding artists who will bring your wedding vision to life. This package offers all of the assistance included in our “Wedding Planning and Coordination” package plus extra help pulling the design details together. 

The big day is approaching quickly and now it’s time to swap out the stress for a little fun. Our “Wedding Day Planning and Coordination” package is perfect for the couple who’s picked a venue, secured key vendors, planned most of the details, but still needs help with final coordination and day-of execution. It’s more coverage than your average month-of coordination package because we are available to answer questions, give you vendor suggestions, and help you troubleshoot logistical issues. Our first meeting is three to four months prior to your wedding and our final details meeting is at the 30-day mark. After our final meeting, we will create your custom timeline and get all of your vendors on the same page as well as a timeline to share with your family and wedding party.  We’ll attend the rehearsal ceremony to provide guidance to properly set the stage and on the big day, our pros will execute the master plan while making sure every detail is polished to perfection. 

STYLING, SET UP &DESIGN

          $750 - 6 hour Styling and Set Up for 3-4 staff

  • 1-3 Planning Sessions. 1st meeting 2-3 months prior to the wedding. We will go over design and details, along with giving vendor recommendations and help you troubleshoot logistical issues.

  • Final details session is 3-4 weeks prior to the event. After this, we create your custom timeline and get all of the vendors on the same page as well as a timeline to share with your family and wedding party.

  • We'll attend the rehearsal ceremony to provide guidance to properly set the stage and iron out any last minute issues.

  • On the big day, our pros will execute the master plan while making sure every detail is polished to perfection. This includes coordinating the timeline with the bridal party, as well as the vendors. While you are busy getting ready, you won't have to worry that everything is under control. 

  • We take the stress and make sure you get the time to enjoy your big day. All you need to do is relax let us make the magic happen!
